Gingerbread cookies
Ingredients:
450g of honey
250g of sugar
100g of butter
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
1kg of flour
4 teaspoonfuls of baking soda
4 teaspoonfuls of gingerbread seasoning
Heat the sugar and honey up in a pot, stirring regularly, until a consistency of a mass is reached (do not allow it to boil). Cool it down. Mix the eggs and a pinch of salt together and then add it to the honey-sugar mass. Then, add the flour, the seasoning, and the baking soda. Knead the dough. On the moulding board, roll the dough out and use a cookie cutter to cut the gingerbreads. They should be about 0.5cm thick.
Bake in the oven in the temperature of 190 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes. Cool the gingerbreads down.
Enjoy!
